Executive

The Operations Executive will build brand awareness about Jeevan Aadhar Transformative Aftercare Services Pvt. Ltd. and its priorities through impactful communication disseminated across Partner organisations, Government Authorities, Corporates and communication platforms, including offline platforms such as workshops, targeting internal and external audiences leading to fundraising. This position reports to the CEO.

 
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the organizational communication strategies, to elevate the profile of the organisation, and harness the power of the electronic and print media in leveraging the brand for the last mile connectivity and outreach for transforming lives of survivors of violent oppression in the country, and to support international linkages to build more sustainable synergies.   

  • To be the custodian of the JA brand for internal and external audiences to build awareness, create and sustain the brand image and ensure brand recall for JA and its social activities.

  • Conduct regular (weekly/bi-monthly, monthly) meetings with Partner organizations, Local and State Government Authorities and develop effective working relationships with the Officials.

  • To position the organisation as a high value-adding organization with stakeholders such as funding agencies, corporate sector and the Indian public.

  • Be the driving force for fundraising and develop a support team of interns or volunteers. Working together with the Program - Lead teams for raising long term regular funds through Corporate /Institutional Partnerships.

  • Understand CSR requirements from corporates and convert them into scalable proposals.

  • Lead the development of organisations overall brand and profile strategies, so as to create higher visibility of the organisation and its purpose with key target audiences.

  • Design various communication materials like E-Mail Appeals, Brochures, Newsletters, Annual reports, donor reports, Fundraising forms, other branding materials etc. 

  • To manage all Trips/events/retreats/conferences at Jeevan Aadhar. 

  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

  • Maintenance of registrations, billings of all properties of Jeevan Aadhar

  • Travel from time to time for meetings, cases or conferences.

  • Carry out additional assignments as required from the CEO.

Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum two years previous management experience.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite software and Windows.

  • Knowledge and experience with various government social service programs and NGOs working in Maharashtra.

  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.  Fluency in spoken Hindi is required.

  • Age Criteria: Above 25 years
