RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Procuring, maintaining, and administering IT Infrastructure Systems.

  • Administering & maintaining corporate software systems.

  • Deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures.

  • Providing IT support and resolving problems at Admin Office & Group Homes.

  • Suggesting and implementing improvements in procedures and equipment.

  • Maintaining knowledge of IT support, help desk procedures, products, and services.

  • Administering & maintaining of websites & social media

  • Min 3 Years work experience in technical support

WEB & SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of web technologies – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL

  • Experience working with AWS & OCI

  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress & Wix

  • Experience with domain registerers & hosting servers/cPanel’s

  • Experience with Database management

  • Working knowledge of Graphics Suite (Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator)

  • Experience with motions graphics & video editing

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Relevant degree or certifications in IT administration with network administration experience.

  • Knowledge of help desk software and remote-control tools.

  • Experience with Windows, Linux & Apple OS administration.

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook & O365 administration.

  • Experience with SaaS technologies will be an advantage.

  • Experience with Cloud technologies will be an advantage.

  • Experience administrating the CCTV Systems

  • Hands-on experience with assembling & repairs of desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

  •  Excellent troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and under stress.

  • Bonus: Experience as a service desk agent or IT administrator and understanding of the SaaS or technology industry.
